No, this is some Dynatosoma sp., female. A fairly common species is Dynatosoma fuscicorne. It might be that one.

Thanks for that pointer! Following Chandler, P. (2023, October). Fungus gnats (Diptera: Mycetophilidae, Mycetophilinae). Royal Entomological Society. this should be Dynatosoma reciprocum: body all black and mid and hind coxae brown (also see https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/3070066372)
