Please could someone put a name to this. Very small, approx. 3mm in length, rather 'hump-backed' in appearance, seemed to jump instead of flying. Found on a Poplar. Many thanks. Barry attached the following image:  [123.03Kb] |

Looks like some sort of Chalcid wasp. |
