Blue metallic and only 5 mm: Muscidae?

Hello! I think we had a similar fly recently, but I can't find it anymore :-(. This tiny blue fly was visiting Potentilla sterilis blossoms yesterday at the forest edge (Ostwestfalen/Germany). It was spiny like a Tachinid, but I think the bend in vein M is not strong enough (?). So is it one of the metallic Muscids?
