Today I found this fly at Leerdam, Netherlands. It was appr. 8 mm long and most of the time it ran nervously through the leaves of plants. It doesn't look like anything I have seen before, and although it looks quite characteristic, I have no clue about even the family.

Who could help? Thank you in advance!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
