Looks like a female Ormyrus sp (family Ormyridae). See half way down this page at Alain Ramel's Les Insectes site: http://aramel.fre...r-32.shtml. They have an 'embossed' pattern on their abdomen. I find that they are fairly common on the leaves of oak trees at this time of year.
