It looks like a female Ormyrus species.

Thank you, tristram. Educated guess: O. orientalis, according to Zerova & Seryogina 2006 keys still not 100% sure... 8 spp in Italy: https://www.faunaitalia.it/checklist/invertebrates/families/Ormyridae.html
