Senegal, Sali, very common on vegetation in hotel garden. The same I've seen in Thailand. So, it has to be something very common at all. May be somebody knows?

yes, I agree. awesome fly. Indeed, among the most beautiful flies are Rhiininae (in Calliphoridae) and Miltogramminae (in Sarcophagidae) and there are some green Chloropidae that are awesome! Smile

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
