Greetings, everyone, sorry I have been away so long. I am looking forward to lots of posts this Spring! I photographed this fly on November 26 at a Sugar Maple tree that was oozing sap. Genus Drosophila perhaps? Or best just to say Drosophilidae? I'll post two more pictures. Any ID help appreciated.
