The description was published several days ago:
Russian Entomol J. 21(1): 97-100, N.Vikhrev, Review of the Oriental Azelia Robineau-Desvoidy 1830 (Diptera, Muscidae)
The volume is not available in internet (yet).
I send you pdf on e-mail.
Whoever else want the pdf, let me know.
