Thanks Paul, Walter & Chris.
Ist image taken with a 10x Nikon CF N Plan Achromat, NA 0.3, finite objective on bellows.
Until recently was reckoned to be one of the best 10x lenses, the folks at Photomacrography.net seem now to favour infinity lenses.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
