I am starting to wonder if I have more Anthomyiid flies living around me than Muscids?

With the straight wing veins and the antennae and that aren't obviously plumose, I can't think of what else this would be except Anthomyiidae.

Can anyone agree with me on this?or disagree?

23 July 2006, open area near woodlands, West Virginia USA. Size not recorded, but neither especially large nor small for a calyptrate fly.

Here's a view of the face. Let me know if zeroing in on some particular feature would help.
