From midwest Sweden 2006-10-12 (YYYY-MM-DD). On apples. I wonder if this is a Muscid, or perhaps a Anthomyiid?

Edit: Subject changed (Metallic muscid?)

Is this perhaps Phaonia or the dreaded Anthomyiidae?

Hi Crex,
Unfortunately not all the characters are visible on these shots, but my guess is that this is a Mydaea female
