Drosophilidae?

Unfortunately the photos are quite horrible, but perhaps someone could say something useful about the identification of this tiny fly in spite of that.
Just a few mm long, photographed today at Leerdam, Netherlands.
I thought this might be Drosophilidae?

Sure looks like it to my inexperienced eye! You can see the wing veins well in the second photo and they look right to me for Drosophilidae. Do you know if the arista were plumose?

Hello Stephen,

Thanks for your comment on this. Unfortunately it is impossible to see from my photos if the arista are plumose, even if I enlarge them to the max. I get the impression they are, but I really cannot be certain in any way.

This is certainly a Drosophila. In the second pic is appears as if the tips of the radial veins may have faint clouding at the tip. That would most likely make it D. immigrans.
