Hi

Could it be Eupeodes?
With this one I feel completely lost. And I saw this hoverly several times.

I believe, or think this one could be the same (2010) rested without answer:

Today I can show pics of two secimen.
Pics 1 to 3 shows a darker one from 27.09.11, pics 4 and 5 another one from 17.09.11. There are some more pics which can shows other details if helpfull for ID.

Hi Brigitteu

For this post, the pictures show two females Eupeodes Latifasciatus. For your post before, your supposition was right, it was a couple of E. latifasciatus too.

I'm very happy, that this hoverfly with its distinctive markings has now an ID!
