Hello all,
Please, can somebody help me with identification of this species?
Length: cca 4 mm
Locality: Slovakia, Kosice
According my general key, it should be some Hybos sp. but I have no key for this genus. In the Check list of Slovakian Diptera there are the folloving species: H. culociformis, H. femoratus and H. grossipes. Is it one of them or some different one?
Thank you in advance.

Martin

Hybos culiciformis: Whole surface of mesonotum thinly grey or brownish dusted, at most subshining. Fore and mid legs blackish. Large thoracic setae yellowish.

I think the prey may be a phorid but I am venturing on thin ice (but what can you expect when winter has not yet really set in Wink).
