Feeding wild roses(Rosa canina)
Location The Czar's Pool(Carska Bara),the special reservation area,18 km from Zrenjanin,Serbia

Presumable a sawfly larva. If you hyad checked further, you'd seen there are legs to the thoracic segments. Diptera larvae never had true legs. Further, I do not think there will be many Diptera larva who will protect themselves in this way, by curling up.

This is a Symphyta larva, so a sawfly.
