Hello,

Could this Asilidae be a Choerades sp ? And if so, is it possible to go further ?

Loire-atlantique, western France, June 04 2011.

I think it is a female and that the first antenna's segment is x 3 longer than the second segment ... but it needs to be confirmed ... Wink

Thanks in advance !

Yes, seems to be Choerades cf. femorata. Yours

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
