It isnt' easy - the result of my very first look was an Ancylorhynchus species, but it lacks the curved proboscis and other characters, like the elongated antenna (cf. http://www.dipter...;pid=35075). For identifying the female as a Stenopogon species, a dorsal view of the head is lacking, but I think this is the target genus group. Yours |
