Good evening, arranging the last photos i?m stumbling im tripped over these Bibionidae, all found in our garden: Bibio hortulans ? - male and female? (V.2004) .. will be continued .. The second one is indeed most likely a female Bibio hortulanus. (i cannot exclude rare species like anglicus). the first one is a female as well, probably in the varipes-lanigerus group. Theo Zeegers |
