This fly was caught on an island in the Oslofjord near Oslo City. Can anyone tell me what it is?

It's L. fasciata. One of the few tachinids you cannot forget once you've seen it once. In Finland the species is widespread but seldom seen in large numbers. It seems to prefer humid forests edges and sheltered wet meadows.
