I think it's Hymenoptera, maybe Chalcidoidea!

I get so excited I forget to include the data: 18 May 2009, Pico Bonito National Park, Honduras. Length 4 mm to wing tip.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
