As usually in photos, many characters are obscured. But: Arista apparently not ramified, male and female terminalia of different shape (different from C. caudatula, of course). I think that these lovers are Piophilidae. |

Thanks for doubting my identification, Jan - but I think we're both wrong! This looks a lot more like Fungomyza albimana (Anthomyzidae)
