Hi, this 8 mm long one is from forest soil. Maybe Ula sp?

although it has a fully developed black head as in Ula, the anal lobes do not belong to Ula. Ula has five equally pigmented anal lobes. To me it looks very much like Austrolimnophila ochracea, a member of the Hexatominae subfamily.
