I think Eristalis tenax is correct. Reasons: There appears to be two rows of hairs on the eyes, most visible in the second pic. Front tarsi are black Hind leg appears to be inflated, although I can't see if it's all dark. I have late E. tenax which look like this, and have dark markings on the wings.
