Sepsidae fly? No design in wing...

I saw a lot of these flies in Valega (PORTUGAL - 35 km south of Oporto) today. Much more than here in Silgueiros - VISEU - PORTUGAL!

And Sepsis sp. too! Which can be the possibilities for genus?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
