Platystomatidae, maybe genus Rivellia?

Photographed yesterday, on weeds near a large, slow stream, West Virginia USA.

Nikita, thanks for those links, and one of them had a link to Xespok's page of Platystomatids. It looks to me that my picture is consistent with those other images of Platystomatidae: Rivellia sp.

Thanks again for your help with this one!
