Well, just half a hour ago I caught Phasia aurigera myself near my hometown Soest in The Netherlands. On Solidago.
So, second place this year after Vorden.
Apparently a large influx is/was going on.

I ask all dutch dipterologists to be on the lookout for this beauty.
Solidago seems to work fine.

And for the English: you might still have to wait a few years, but it is coming your way !
