Tiny flies on a rotten mushroom

Hello!

On a big rotten mushroom in our garden there are very many of these pale flies. They are smaller (2-3 mm) than the Sepsis specimens which are also present on that mushroom (but in much smaller numbers). Do they belong to the Drosophilidae? Thanks!
