Hello! To which family does this 3-4 mm fly (pics taken yesterday in Ostwestfalen/Germany at a hedge) belong? I have no idea... Thanks in advance! Phoridae. They have an utterly characteristic wing venation which is unfortunately not well visible in your photo.
