Thanks very much for the ID on this neat little fly. Since I am in Illinois that should make it S. pallipes. I thought I detected a resmblance to my only other member of this family, the larger Macroceromys americana. Is it possible, when I forget to check the notify box to do so later? I saw no opportunity in the edit. |
