Is it possible to identify the genus at least - it would be very interesting to know what species of insects are attracted by such pretty flowers! Thank you for the endeavour! Petr Michael |

It is indeed Anthomyiidae. And one of those females, that are almost impossible to do with only one photo and also most of the important details..are not visible (legs chaetotaxy, hairs on arista, interfrontals present or not, etc.) Joke |
