Another Heleomyzid?

Hello!

Does this fly (came to light yesterday night, Germany) also belong to the Heleomyzidae? It resembles the Suillia I posted some days ago, but not perfectly, and it was somewhat bigger, about 10 mm. Thanks for any hints!
