Who knows which fly this shall be? The picture is of 27-09-2009 and taken in Zeist, the Netherlands. I found the cocon and the larva together. hedy2411 attached the following image: [54.13Kb] |

it looks as a cocoon of a plant wasp (Symphyta) and the inside is a larva transforming to a pupa
