I never saw lapponicus, so I will keep from making the ID. But what a nice species, damn! I will give it a look with my books in hand when I am back home... |

PS: the other fly looks like Tachina fera? You could post it for Theo as well |

It could also be H. groenlandicus.

Stéphane is right. And when I look at descriptions and some drawings and photos, it is quite safe to assume that this is groenlandicus. |
