Hi everyone, I have some wrong identification with this bug. I realy don't know that is called ladybird or plan hopper, it's around 3mm long. Anyone can help me to correct the ID. Thank you.

Planthopper in the family Issidae. I can not help you with the genus, but I have seen similar species with different markings in Japan.
