The fly is Beris vallata, but can anyone put a name to the spider?

about 1m off ground, in shade, edge of wet meadow, marsh.

Going by the lines of white hairs on the head region it is a Dictyna (Dictynidae). Id to species is a genitalia job unfortunately.
