genera don?t fit in subfamilies, so i?m not sure about the keys i used
this one was 1cm, but small, i saw many near to 2 cm

Hi Paqui
The venation in this fly is perfect for Heteropogon, and I think the abdominal colour and general shape of the fly is right too.
But I can't help with the species - you have too many in Spain! Wink
