Hello
I found this Green Fly of about 5mm length some meters away from Lake Thun, Switzerland. It is sitting on Larch wood.

Rhagionidae?, at first sight seemed Dolichopodidae to me, interesting
or perhaps Athericidae?

According my key, Chrysopilus splendidus has brown or black f and cx, yours has clearly yellow.
