Rhagionidae?, at first sight seemed Dolichopodidae to me, interesting or perhaps Athericidae? |

According my key, Chrysopilus splendidus has brown or black f and cx, yours has clearly yellow. Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
