Can you identify this Syrphidae and its sex? It is a very wonderful fly, i like it!

Seems to be a male of the hover fly Syritta pipens.

Doesn't quite look the same as the other photos of Syritta pipiens, e.g. look at the antenna ... !? Isn't this a Hymenoptera?

Edit: I suppose the picture (stored externally) could have been exchanged after Paul wrote his comment!?
