Psilidae family??? orange fly!

Hi

I found for the first time an orange fly. It was so weird. The eyes are almost purple-orange (in photo the eyes would can be much better...)

Psilidae family? Not sure...

Taken today - very hot (more 30?C here) in Silgueiros - VISEU - PORTUGAL

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
