This fly appeared this weekend at Calamocha, Teruel, NE Spain. Size as Musca domestica or very slightly bigger. In the own village, between rural environment and cultivation fields.

Could it be identified?

Tachinidae. It looks like Meigenia.

Not Meigenia, this one at least have much narrower frons
