One of my best photos taken by Nikon Coolpix 3100. Taken today (12 JUne) afternoon, in Silgueiros - VISEU - PORTUGAL

I think this is can be Sarcophagidae / Darcophaginae ?

This fly is a little bigger than the usual. Perhaps more than 15 mm.

I think, the second one is Anthrax sp, Bombyliidae.

This fly (the second) seems too like a Hemipenthes sp. What do you think? Which is/are the difference/s? Thank you.

And what about other flies?

The last one seems belongs to Asilidae family... do you agree?

Please let me know about ID of these flies. Thank you.

The Asilid is Dasypogon diadema.

Top picture You are rightPfftPfft. This is Sarcophidae and probably Sarcophaga sensu lato Check back to the glossary sometime I have submitted this term. Sarcophagidae will soon be in the glossary too. Cheers Robert
