With this new images I hope I know correct ID. 1. There isn't spot of white dust under cx1 2. Wings normaly developed, with 2 white bends 3. Setas on scutellum and hind thorax spine-like 4. 4 seta on scutellum 5. 1-st tarsus 2 as long as t2 6. f2 with ventral row of silverish hairs Tachydromia umbrarum! Please, Paul?
