Found 10 may 2008 Dwarsgracht Neth.

Is it possible that it is an old one that lost his hairs..?
Ore not Psychodidae at all..?

Second..Sycorax is not mentioned in the Checklist of the Netherlands....and is it a bloodsucking genus..?

These are quite rare in collections, so I am not surprised if they are not recorded from Netherlands. They are reputed to suck amphibian blood.
