A 3-4 mm small fly from March, 2006. Maybe Phoridae?

Yes! This is [i][i][i][i]Spiniphora maculata[/i][/i][/i][/i], male.

After this excellent picture it's easy to tell the species!

Some biological notes: representatives of this genus are malacophages.
