It is a soldier fly (Stratiomyidae). With this colour I'd go for Odontomyia ornata but my experience with Odontomyia is not very big, so some confirmation is welcome.

It really looks like O. ornata, but this species is very rare in Sweden. It likes warmer climate and you can find it very frequently in Hungary or southern France. Martin Martin Hauser |
