Hi Black This is indeed Loxocera and it looks like albiseta. Albiseta is, however, somewhat larger than you have indicated: 7 -10 mm. Sure about the size ? Theo Zeegers |

I'm positive about the size, Theo, Got two specimens, the second one even smaller, closer to 4mm (I didn't post its images 'cause one hind tarsus is torn off, alas), and its colours a bit different. |

I'd agree with L. sylvatica but a frontal pic would clinch it, I think.

Unfortunately there's only pictures of the smaller specimen. Hope it's the same species.

Maybe a dorsal view of the head would help, too (same bigger specimen that's on the first picture).
