Hello, Paris, 11/IX/2008, 4-5mm At first sight, I thought it was yet another Sepsidae. More, it didn't waved the wings like Sepsids, but moved them another way, just putting them upright from time to time. The black wings with the clear apex seem to be a good criterion.
