Size around 2mm.

Difficult to say anything without at least the wing visible in dorsal view. Many pitch black species are Phora but there are other genera with completely black species. The shape of the head suggests to me it might well be another genus.

Thanks a lot Paul,

This tiny critter kept turning and turning around on the leaf, and I just couldn't make a dorsal view picture, since the angle was always wrong enough, not to mention the size and dark colour...
