This black fly of small sixe (about 2 mm) was a week ago in Plan, Huesca, Pyrenees, NE Spain, in a zone with many trees and shrubs, taking sun on a stone. Jorge Mota Almeida tried to caught it but it scapped. Some cenimetres next, it was flying a Baccha elongata.

Can be identified?
Thanks,
Regards

Thanks a lot Paul.
A genus approximation is possible? Seems to be no one expert in Chloropidae anywhere!
